The leadership team asked us to deliver a robust and practical resource in time for a series of regional training events so the communication could be cascaded by site managers. We created a ‘workshop in a box’ for managers across all 340 sites that was durable enough to work well in a manual environment.
To equip site managers with the tools to quickly understand the key messages and deliver a series of confident and engaging sessions on-site, the format needed to be simple and print-based. The workshop in a box included top tips guidance for leadership communication and a self-contained flip folder for managers to lead meaningful discussions with their teams.
Keeping our audience front of mind when designing the materials, we used impactful and colourful infographics to bring the complex messages to life. The cascade to 3,500 employees was successfully completed within four weeks of us receiving the brief.
