We started our partnership together as they were embarking on a number of transformative changes for their business and industry.
To capture BMI Group's ambition to improve
tomorrow for millions, we engaged senior leaders to quickly grasp the essence of their ‘why’.
Combining global market insights with a series of intensive worshops, we created a purpose and story that deeply resonated with people while also setting
a clear ambition for the future.
We created a strategic narrative weaving together their purpose, vision, mission, strategic priorities and values into a series of core assets, including a Strategy on a Page, 2-page narrative document and a 20-page workbook for leaders
(including leadership discussion exercises).
We also designed engagement activities for the BMI Group Annual Management Conference to not only launch the narrative but begin to deeply embed this story with leaders, so they in turn could own and share this with their people.
As part of the wider narrative, we were asked to work with ESG leaders to develop the global positioning for BMI Group's sustainability strategy. Our role was to rigorously test the existing thinking and craft a story to inspire and motivate the entire Group.
Our partnership continues across other programmes to deepen engagement and commitment across the Group, including articulating a new operating model, education on the wider transformation
journey and key programmes, and driving global engagement with
the Group strategy.
