We helped them cut through the complexity, ensuring important messages about the future of the business reached their employees through an integrated digital campaign.
By working closely with a wide group of stakeholders from across the business, we were able to create a strong creative concept and plan a campaign that would resonate with all Kier people, from senior managers and civil engineers to maintenance teams and builders out in the field.
We developed a mobile optimised website, an animated presentation, interactive print resources and space branding, and launched the campaign at Kier’s employee roadshow where employees made a personal commitment to helping make Kier a world-class, customer-focused company.
The roadshows and supporting materials certainly worked – employees told us that they felt a significant increase in their understanding and engagement with Kier’s five-year vision as a result.
