Our journey with Landsec started as a focused programme to articulate and engage their organisational strategy. However, following periods of significant change including a new leadership team and the pandemic, the business identified they needed more.
We worked alongside Landsec's senior team to design
and deliver a number of connected programmes. We developed a Strategy on a Page that put purpose at
the very heart of what the organisation was trying to deliver. We developed a communications plan to engage all employees and encourage contribution.
Alongside this, we designed a Cultural Blueprint with individual and organisational behaviours/initiatives to provide a consistent language and foundation for how people at Landsec could contribute to strategic growth. This provided the basis for Landsec’s first Culture Blueprint Benchmarking Review and Report – an annual commitment to measuring and managing their culture.
We have supported Landsec with embedding a high-performance and supportive culture through the creation of a reward and recognition programme called Spotlight. This resulted in the highest level of engagement from Landsec people with an employee engagement initiative. We have further supported a high-performance environment by creating an over-arching Learning & Development brand called Next Level which has inspired ambitious mindsets across the organisation.
