Our journey with Landsec started as a focused programme to articulate and engage their organisational strategy. However, following periods of significant change including a new leadership team and the pandemic, the business realised they needed more.
We worked alongside Landsec's senior team to design and deliver a number of connected programmes.
We developed a Strategy on a Page that
put purpose at the very heart of what
the organisation was trying to deliver.
We developed a communications plan
to engage all employees which included digital signage and videos/animations.
Alongside this, we designed a Cultural Blueprint (again with purpose at the core) with individual and organisational behaviours/initiatives to provide a consistent language and foundation for how people at Landsec should collaborate and deliver. This went on to provide the basis for the business’s first Culture Blueprint Benchmarking Review and Report – an annual commitment to measuring and managing their culture.
Our approach has helped all employees understand that strategy and culture are not separate initiatives but are all part of the same journey for everyone to contribute towards achieving their vision and purpose together.
