A year after relaunching their organisational purpose, we worked together to understand how this was being felt across the business using our diagnostic tool.
Alongside the People and Culture Leadership we measured We Are Social against our UK Purposefulness Benchmark.This tool not only provides a strategic framework for purpose, it enables organisations to understand how they compare across a core set of criteria. We conducted an organisation-wide survey to measure this against other businesses and hosted interviews with senior stakeholders to cross-reference their views against the main data set.
UK Purposefulness Benchmark outcomes: A detailed diagnostic report outlining areas on track and those requiring attention, a board level feedback session bringing the report to life, clear, data-driven recommendations for deepening employee connections with purpose, and suggestions for how We Are Social can adapt in the future to bring this purpose to life.
