We wrote the strategic narrative then created a striking visual to bring the business strategy messages together on one page – then launched this through a cascade campaign.

CASCADE TOOLKITS

Informed by feedback from previous years, we focused on developing a toolkit for managers to localise and deliver workshops speciﬁcally for their teams. The goal being that all employees could connect personally to the strategy. We designed and produced every element of the cascade including a managers’ guide with suggested workshop activities, interactive presentation, localisation templates and ideas for displaying on-site, a series of innovative videos showcasing the strategy in action, space branding and hand-outs. The feedback from colleagues was so strong we’re now in our third year of partnership with British Gypsum.
