WE PARTNERED WITH THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM AT CAPSTICKS TO CONNECT THEIR WHY, HOW AND WHAT BY DESIGNING THEIR PURPOSE, STRATEGY AND CULTURE TOGETHER.

We approached this through a series of impactful firm-wide workshops to co-create a purpose statement, strategic direction and new organisational values. By developing these together we were able to craft a narrative that pulls them all together into a single story.

Once we had built awareness of the future narrative, we supported Capsticks with a second phase to deepen people’s connection and contribution to the firm’s values. We also developed a behavioural framework that has been successfully embedded across the firm and has been credited with improving outcomes for both employees and clients.
