AFTER SUPPORTING ED&F MAN WITH PREVIOUS PROJECTS, THEY APPROACHED US TO HELP KICK START A PROGRAMME OF EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION ACTIVITY ACROSS THE BUSINESS.
The drivers behind this initiative mirror the concerns that are shared by many large organisations in today’s highly competitive talent market: finding and keeping good people.
We worked with ED&F Man to develop a striking look and feel for their employer brand – something that was very different from their corporate brand whilst staying true to the core of their identity. We applied this to a short animation to be launched alongside a new applicant tracking system and careers webpage. The animation was designed to be short, punchy and convey the ‘world of opportunity’ that exists for employees at ED&F Man.
