THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING HERBERT SMITH FREEHILLS’ NEW VISION AND STRATEGY BEGAN WITH WORKING WITH THEIR TWO GLOBAL CEOS TO GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE COMPANY CULTURE, PRIORITIES AND DIRECTION FOR THE FUTURE.
The challenge was then to co-develop their new vision statement and strategic messages – and to work with the global senior leadership team to communicate this in a simple, compelling way to a discerning, time poor and hard-to-impress global audience.
We’re proud of what we achieved in a tight timeframe: an integrated campaign that spanned six continents, which included all conference materials, a presentation toolkit, storytelling animation, strategy roadmaps, space branding and intranet assets. The results speak for themselves, last year's communication survey showed clear confidence in understanding the firm's direction, with 92% of employees across Australia and Asia saying they strongly agree or agree that they understand the firm’s strategy.
