MÜLLER ASKED US TO HELP THEM TO UNDERSTAND AND INTERPRET THE RESULTS OF AN INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY, COMMISSIONED TO INFORM THEIR GLOBAL STRATEGY.
We identified gaps and trained the Internal Communications teams in the UK and Germany to deliver focus groups for non-desk based colleagues.
We then interpreted this data to write a narrative explaining the current internal communications landscape, the need for change and the proposed new infrastructure.
From the data we identified a number of attitudinal trends that we used to create a series of seven personas, helping Müller to better understand the communication needs of colleagues.
We captured this narrative which was presented at Group Board level in Germany. It was extremely well received, helping to position the importance of a clear, consistent, connected and controlled global internal communications strategy.
