The Roundhouse is full of purpose-driven and passionate people who want to make a difference in the world but who also want to feel seen and heard. We began by examining and interpreting insights from their internal survey, helping to shape an open and constructive conversation. Understanding what mattered most to people enabled us to develop a shared cultural blueprint and a communications strategy to help the Roundhouse move forward and deliver positive impact in the world.
To empower the Roundhouse to drive meaningful change we provided them with everything they needed to embed the new cultural framework. This included leadership presentations and a cascade pack to encourage personal accountability around culture. We needed to shift the organisational mindset towards understanding that culture is something that we all contribute towards, every day. Together, we developed cultural pillars of connection, growth, openness and belonging as the foundations for success. We then supported the Roundhouse with a strategic communications plan to embed a culture everyone is proud of.
